If Port Union has it’s way it would like to help Bernie Halloran open up a new seal processing plant in it’s town next year. It would be located in the old Ocean Choice International (OCI) fish plant. Port Union is one of five sites that Mr. Halloran, the owner of Always in Vogue, is looking at. Always in Vogue is a popular fashion store in downtown St. John’s that offers fine sealskin styles for all ages.

Mr. Halloran says they are forming a group of interested investors who would like to have the province’s second sealskin processing plant up and running by next spring.
