The Canadian Sealers Association officially opened it’s new office on Thursday.

People from all sectors of the sealing industry and fisheries gathered in St. John’s to officially open the CSA’s new office, located at 368 Hamilton Ave.

The office is equipped with the latest technology to help promote it’s agenda and push vital information on industry standards and training to it’s members both in traditional forms of communication and using the internet.

Attending the opening ceremony was Minister for Fisheries Hon. Clyde Jackman, who gave a speech as did CSA director Frank Pinhorn.
