2020 Seal Harvest Update
Please note this news release issued by DFO Newfoundland and Labrador April 24, that they are advising Commercial Seal licence holders interested in the 2020 Personal Use Seal harvest they can obtain a Personal Use licence from their local DFO office by email: NL-TN.Licensing@dfo-mpo.gc.ca. “Personal Use Seal licence” in the subject line.
