Tuesday, May 16 is National Seal Products Day and it will be celebrated on Parliament Hill Ottawa. National Seal Products Day is celebrated annually during the month of May to promote the seal products industry and highlight the importance of the seal fishery for Canada’s Indigenous people, coastal communities and entire population.
The event will take place in the Speaker’s Dining Room, Room 233-S West Block, Parliament Hill, 111 Wellington Street, Ottawa from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
