The Canadian Sealers Association is actively seeking clarification on recent public announcements in reference to the sale and import of seal products to Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan and are pleased to hear today, December 22, that the Minister of International trade, Honourable Ed Fast, has raised concerns over the matter and requested clarification from Russia and elsewhere.
